Essentially, you adapt to the weights you are training with. Some quicker than others. Ultimately the DOMs will go away even if you increase the strength. From last week my soreness has dissipated with my dumbbell presses. But I upped my weight, I know I am getting stronger.

You can also change your pitch limit. Some folks I see flying all around without a horizon in site...and then you see photos of their wyvern flipping whole flying,...and they need to relog. But I didn't know about the keys to do this!! Ty!

O'hara alumni here. Same rules applied. I had my date back out on me the day off--because he began screwing my cousin and dating her. Ultimately, I said fuck it and didn't go. I went to play hockey with my former teammates from U19 down in Aston. Totally worth it for me.

eta: Here is hoping her things are returnable or she can find another person to go. If I really cared about my senior prom I could've asked one of my guy cousins or somebody. Oh well.

Er? I'm not really negative in my post? I didn't mind it, I have one good leg and two others to keep me up right. I was in the city for a dinner and parking just makes me bleed money from my ass. SEPTA is the way to go for Philly trips. Just a fat ass lady didn't want to move from the handiderp seats. I could care less because I wasn't looking for special treatment.

I tell this story a lot. Thus rather rude middle aged woman refused to give up a seat for me when I was on crutches. The whole bus just kinda left me standing there. Curse those who have ACL tears!!!
