Just ordered it! I love me some good words.

I'm super skinny and almost bony, with some excess fat on upper thighs and butt. What happens with the rest of my body when I start exercising and lowering fat percentage? by rumpergalin xxfitness

And that little area you have circled in red by your armpit/boob, even the skinniest people have it. :)

Yes. It's skin. So you can extend your arm.

Question about implanon birth control... by originalyourmomjokein AskWomen

[–]serume 0 points1 point ago

Not really, the implant was supposed to last for 3 years and I had it for 2.5. When I took it out, the bleeding stopped. All good in the hood.

Did for about 2 years, worked great until I got a period that would not stop. Not too bad hormonal side effects.

Quality, not quantity. Too much penetrative action and I shafe. Not a pleasant sensation.

Is there a stigma against single guys who own a cat? by guard076in AskWomen

[–]serume 0 points1 point ago

I would think it's weird, yes. This is just because my experience of men with cats has been bad. If I met a nice, normal guy with a cat I don't think I'd care. One thing does not a person make.

Compliment her on something she's already proud of. Beautiful hair or a nice outfit or something she's done well. And mean it. Not a compliment for the sake of compliment.

Also good to be specific, not just "you look great" but something in particular that makes her look good that day.

[Rant] My office has free food :( by binderclipsin keto

Not the case in my house. Roomie was actually chubby a couple of years back, but did low carb and went down to curvy instead. Aiming to do the same. Part of me wants to be like 120lbs (or 110lbs) to my 5'5", but I don't know if I can manage that. If there is a lifestyle I can healthily sustain for a longer period of time that will get me there. And keep me there.

I asked my roommate why she was thinner than me, when she buys snacks all the time. "Because I can't binge like you do." Ah. Yes. That reason.

Motivation to do this? (long post, sorry!) by throwaway347in keto

[–]serume 1 point2 points ago

Less gas. Gotta love that. I get up earlier in the morning than ever before, for instance today I'm completely free as I handed in my thesis yesterday. Didn't set an alarm. Was up at 7.

I also eat better, less processed shit and more real food. More vegetables and so on. I am aware of what I eat every day. Because I know that some things (e.g. electrolytes) are harder to come by and keep in my system, I check my food. What's in this, what's in that?

Because, as you say, I have to cook more I also try more new things and am more curious about food. When I can't go to my usual foods (in a hurry, a lot of sandwiches and tortillas and frozen pies/pizzas) I have to be creative which leads me into completely new aisles at the store. And I have more money to spend on exciting food as I don't buy a lot of snacks/candy/pastries.

Gah, this weekend was bad. I just wanted everything. When I sat down to try and pinpoint what I wanted, I couldn't actually say what it was. I thought of X, but no.. not really X. Or what about Y! No.. I wouldn't want more than one or two pieces.

Ended up with a tiny bag of chips and some assorted candy, which wasn't awesome but in such a small amount that I didn't feel bad about it.

My gym has a lot of Les Mills classes, and those are good I think. Depends a lot on the instructors.

Who are women more likely to fantasise about? by kidweaponin AskWomen

[–]serume 5 points6 points ago

Someone involved in my life. To make my fantasies work, they have to be attached in reality. The "realer", the better.

I'm sure many of you can relate to this. (Reading should be the next weight loss fad) by thisisatributein books

[–]serume 30 points31 points ago

I hold the book in one hand and bring food to my mouth with the other hand. Prior to starting to read, I usually prepare food or snacks (if needed).

Yes and no. Added a multivitamin (with minerals) and mineral salt. Also I try to keep an eye on the mineral levels in the food I eat.

Ett lockande erbjudande från Apoteket... by SwedishGekkoin sweden

[–]serume 0 points1 point ago

Och av någon anledning hysteriska kramper på biologilektionerna på högstadiet.. my uterus has such a sense of humour.

[–]serume 1 point2 points ago

I love a lazy Sunday!)

I'm a lucky fuck.

Ett lockande erbjudande från Apoteket... by SwedishGekkoin sweden

[–]serume 1 point2 points ago

Cramp could be dehydration or electrolyte imbalance. I added magnesium and potassium after I got leg cramps, and haven't had any since.

What is confidence to you? by confidenceTAin AskWomen

[–]serume 0 points1 point ago

I find confidence to be basically comfortable with who you are. Saying that you "try to talk with a manly voice" sounds like you're uncomfortable with your real voice and that you're trying too hard.

What are some things that most guys think to be true about women that are wrong? by king1037in AskWomen

[–]serume 0 points1 point ago

well, in Swedish I'd say "okej" for a neutral/positive. "ok." with only small letters, a period, nothing else is bad.

same thing with "nevermind", if it's only that in the message it's bad. "nevermind, I found it" is something different.

Probably X, or why not ask her!

Yes, sure I will read the mind of someone I've never met and only have few superficial facts about. No problem.

I have a code, tho. Or several. But I usually share them because I hate being misinterpreted (why not just say what I mean, you ask. yes, working on that). A text from me saying "ok." means I'm seriously pissed. "nevermind", I'm disappointed.
