Correct. A dermatologist is the way to go. Also, make sure that you don't touch your face or mess with your acne. Hands are dirty. It will only exacerbate the whole thing. Keep your hair away from your face too. Hygiene.

I broke up with 'him' yesterday and I can't function normally. I had to do what I had to do. Don't get me wrong. I love the guy, but it was for the best. It wasn't a spur of the moment decision, nor was it out of whim. Right now, everything is depressing. I get teary-eyed just thinking about it. I try not to though. But I can't help it. I wish it could have worked out for the better, I wish for a lot of things.

But I pray every minute of the day for courage and strength, whenever I think about him. Just so you know, your not alone.

Its hard. I don't know myself if when I'll be able to get over this feeling ~ maybe I'll cry my eyes out again tonight, I don't know. :(
