I was up to 200ish bench, 250 squat and 310 deadlift in about 6 months at 190 pounds. My linear gains were slowing down so I started cutting instead of switching programs. As long as you're eating like the program tells you to, you can get to similar numbers very quickly. Although getting from the numbers I listed to the numbers he listed is a whole different type of journey.

I took the risk with Botach 2 weeks ago. Spare magazines and Magpul flip up front sight came fine. Rear sight was out of stock even though it said it was in stock. One week backorder that took two weeks to ship. It shipped yesterday and should arrive on Monday. From all the horror stories, I'm surprised my order has gone well except for the stock updates. (So far.)

How the fuck do people even load the M&P40 without a magazine loader? I can get one, maybe two into the magazine. Been trying to work up to three like it's a workout, but it's not helping. Same thing for all 5 of my magazines.

I'm actually in an anti-gun state which is why I decided to go 14.5" with perm attached battlecomp 1.5 since I have to get a compensator perm attached regardless. Basically my SHTF rifle and would have gone shorter if I could have also decreased overall length.

But I haven't actually seen an actual extension. Everything I have ever seen is "just wait until you get your stamp so you don't have to perm attach your flash suppressor/comp".

That's what my first choice has been. Was looking at it because it's a nice compromise between an occasional CCW, sometimes single stack and CDP gun even though it's not government length and mostly a range gun.

Okay, I'll play.

I have an M&P22 and an M&P Pro 40 that I'm about to install an Apex FSS on.

Don't really care too much about having a 9mm because I can just buy a barrel and magazine if I want to shoot for cheap. I'm debating between picking up a CCW for the rare times when I travel out of state, a P226 Stainless Elite or Dan Wesson Valor/VBob.

They have a VBob at one of my local shops right now. I was so tempted when I went in there last time. Someone needs to convince me to buy something before I end up putting it on layaway when I pick up a safe from them this weekend..
