I think a lot of reddit looks at lyrics only for content, and basically never rhyming, flow or impact. If you somehow think WTT lacks lyrically, I think you must be making this mistake. Jay-Z's flow is different on almost every track and is really intricate on tracks like "Who Gon' Stop Me?", and his wordplay is impressive on almost every track. Meanwhile, Kanye's rhymes are the most impactful of any rapper alive. That's basically his schtick now, but on most songs, he'll have at least a few bars that are jaw-dropping, like "Said she fucked a doorman, well that's cool I fucked a waitress / Heard Yeezy was racist / Well I guess that's on one basis / ... I only like green faces". You're not gonna see much there for content, but it works with the song really well to cause a great impact on the listener.
