I don't know what happened but he was being really aggressive. I kept pushing his hands away, telling him 'no,' 'stop,' etc.

This is sexual assault. If someone touches you sexually without your consent then that's assault, then if they keep on after you say no, that's even worse.

Yep. A lot of guys can't fap anymore unless they're watching pron. I stopped for a similar reason as you. Because I felt the need to watching more and more violent and degrading stuff. I felt horrible afterwards.

I don't know why I love watching this stuff. I did grow up in a small, pretty much all christian town and sex was always something shameful so maybe that has something to do with it.

It probably does have something to do with it. If you're taught that something you enjoy is dirty and shameful, then you can really develope a complex about it. The brain is very weird sometimes.

Yeah, it's hard to find a therapist that fits well. It's good to shop around. We finally found one we like and trust.

Being in a LTR isn't always easy, and when it's not, it takes hard work. Please be strong and do right by her.

Wow. This is so very similar to my relationship. Except I'm the one getting shit on. I know logically that I should end the relationship, but I can't, because it's too painful. But it really should end. I keep getting hurt over and over and over again. But I stay. I don't deserve this, and neither does your gf.
