What was your favorite skit to do so far, and why?

Also, how is it working with a cast of internet celebs on VGHS?

You might regret saying you're going to answer every question personally. You're going to be here for days.

I remember I saw this movie, but I honestly can't remember a damn thing about it. It was about... mercenaries, or something? Was this the one where some dude used a loaf of bread as a silencer?

I would bet real money that, were there a way to go back in time and put her abilities through proper, scientific rigor, that those abilities were a hoax.

No. There is no scientific evidence to support telepathy or telekinesis.

What if Gillette sold televisions? by ShortCrossTiein webcomics

[–]PunchingBag 1 point2 points ago

Planned obsolescence is an actual thing in electronics such as televisions. Parts that are known to break down after a certain period of time, usually the length of the warranty, are often used in place of superior parts.

r/writing, I'm a deaf aspiring author and I could use some tips distinguishing between the words "yell", "shout" and "scream" by Deafyin writing

[–]PunchingBag 14 points15 points ago

Yeah. It comes down to the context, and the preference of the writer. All three of those words technically mean "speaking loudly," so it comes down to personal preference in how you use them. "Scream" is about the only one that is distinctly different, because it indicates a very heightened level of emotion, usually from pain or fury.

Level of emotion, and that example fits what I mean exactly.

[–]PunchingBag 8 points9 points ago

It usually indicates the current level of tension within the person speaking. "Yell" is lower tension than "shout," and "shout" is lower tension than "scream." Someone who's panicked might scream or shout, whereas someone who wants to get a friend's attention would likely yell. Not sure if that helps or not, but each of those words generally comes down to context.

The Harrelson AMA, I meant. Someone tried to set up an AMA for Woody Harrelson, and it went down in flames pretty much instantly when someone asked about some time he crashed a high school prom night. On top of that, all his responses were entirely about his current role in the movie Rampart, rather than addressing any of the actual questions. Harrelson had been expecting a standard interview, which would have been designed to hype his role in Rampart as well as portray him in the best light possible, and instead he was subjected to actual questions from his actual fans.

EDIT: It was only a semi-relevant reference, I guess, but your comment made me think of it.
