Actually this isn't sexual harassment.

Sexual harassment is intimidation, bullying or coercion of a sexual nature, or the unwelcome or inappropriate promise of rewards in exchange for sexual favors. In most modern legal contexts sexual harassment is illegal.

Making an advance on someone is not sexual harassment until they become persistent about it. Technically what he did is taboo. Even if the girl was a minor I am not sure what laws have actually been broken, maybe some vague public decency charge depending on the location.

Well that depends on your definition of punk. If you see it as a social movement, or scene that is the ultimate expression of nihilism, then sure this isn't it. If punk is a form of music like the rest, with various forms, roots and influences then this music can broadly be categorized as that. These new wave artists were all listening to the same stuff as the early real punks - the roots are punk but is more melodic. This music would be identical to punk if you sped it up and added that edge you are used to hearing. Blues is to rock as punk is to new wave.

I like the kit but I don't know if now is the best time for it. Retro kits are tasteful, safe and popular and obviously this helps the manufacturer make a good first impression - that's good I guess. I feel like in every decision we make the question we are asking is what is the easiest for the fans to live with. The reason that this question is being leveled against Liverpool is mainly down to our reputation. City spent all kinds of money but their first season was entirely uneventful, yet all the pundits expressed so much confidence that it was only the beginning and they were right. the same is true for Liverpool, the writing is on the wall.
