Normally I would agree with you but there is no way this woman could think the material of this dress isn't see thru.

Yeah they are a pain in the ass if you want to keep it pruned. My best advise it to remove the lattice if you can. They don't really need one to grow and will do just fine with a pole or something as a support. That way its easier to remove the vines. I just take mine and tie a string around it and the pole to help move it where I want it to stay. Then when I want to cut it, its easy to remove from the pole.

Oh I love my trumpet vine! I would hate to think that you would want to completely remove it. They are really hard to kill and it won't care if you really cut it back each year but there really is no way to keep it compact other than that.

I feel like my $25 goes a long way at the local Mexican market. Think you can do better? by lebrufin Frugal

[–]Missybeth 2 points3 points ago

I actually just searched for one in my city and there is one 10 minutes away! Go figure. I guess I just thought that I wouldn't get any results if I googled "Mexican market" like maybe it was racist calling them Mexican. Some times I am even shocked by how much of a moron I can be

I said in another reply that we have a lot of Mexican families but there are no markets for them like I have seen for other ethnicities. Maybe the Mexican population isn't as big here as I think so they don't have a market

I am in North Georgia. We have a lot of Mexican families but I have never seen a market catered to them. I guess I could go ask where they shop :)

Its hard to tell from the pictures but are they growing from the roots? If they are they I would cut them.

Why hasn't my apple tree produced any leaves? by sk8rphinkin gardening

[–]Missybeth 0 points1 point ago

I planted a new apple tree two years ago and the first spring mine was slow to grow leaves and it had white fuzz too. But nothing is wrong with it. I wouldn't worry

I have this problem too so I just have to move stuff with the dirt still there. Guess I never really thought of getting a second one to help with that issue. Hey! I know what I would spend my $300 on now :)
