I find fewer bugs and more server issues. I totally agree with you on the "not shoot first" though when I see a survivor in my scope and they don't know I'm there, my finger DOES want to twitch on the mouse button. I usually hide from other survivors, rather than risk a possible hostile situation.

Honestly, I think it just makes it more realistic. Once you have friends, the game will be exponentially easier, but I think in a post-apocalyptic situation, you really would be afraid of other survivors.

Yeah, the UI has a ways to go, but the game itself is amazing. I'd love to see the inventory and weapon-switching mechanics improve, but I'm sure it'll happen.

I started playing yesterday (Yes, the same day Diablo III came out </wrists>) and it's incredible. I haven't gotten my friends in it yet, but I came upon a town and SLOWLY crept my way in. Suddenly, there's a footstep. I freeze, and look around just as a zombie clears the side of the building. He moves on, and I creep into the house. It's the most terrified I've ever been playing a video game. If someone had said a word, I probably would have shit.

My understanding was that 3.0 slots could run 2.0 cards, but not the other way around.

EDIT: I mean that the 3.0 card will not function at full speed/ability
