It doesn't accumulate in the shoulders, the gas irritates the phrenic which runs from clavicle to diaphragm so any position that is comfortable is good.

The heat is for nerve pain, the pain stimulus is from under the diaphragm and it runs up toward the clavicle.

In seriousness, I had some hard line things they needed (job, maturity, independence from family, kind blah blah) but what I didn't realize was I needed someone laid back. I'm a stress head and I'm always a little on edge so he slows things down. Had I not dated him and realized we work so well, I would not have said laid back was my type.

A lot of out of date vaccines are still fine so long as cold chain hasn't been broken. For example seasonal vaccines have a 12 month out of date even if the 2nd season has identical strains in it.

It can do inclines but can't do leaves. It works very well on my floors but I have to pick up scraps of tissue etc that the dog has destroyed as it gets trapped in the brush.

My dog loves going out for a walk or drive so I avoid saying walk but as soon as he sees the lead he is so excited. He wants to be crazy but knows he has to sit or I won't clip it, then he grabs it and follows me while I put my shoes on trying to put it in my hand.

I honestly can't really fault the layout, personally I hate bar stools as its comfortable to stand around the kitchen with friends.

The only thing I can fault it its dark and the cabinet doors could use some love. And those ugly timber doors.

Depending on what colours you like I would replace the backsplash with something sleek, like glass or subway tile.

I've worked with people suffering dementia and the most devastating way to think of it is to write down your 5 favorite things, people or activities. Now remove one, then pick the next to remove and keep crossing these things off until you have nothing left that you love.

I dislike how people talk about them in front of them like they don't realise.

You can't fix this or make it better, you did show cowardice for keeping this a secret for so long but it's out now.

Give him time and see if he still wants to be friends, don't harass him or try to 'fix' things because you betrayed his trust and who can honestly be friends with someone that you don't trust. Let this man live his life without you, it's selfish to do this for yourself.

I've taught my dog stay but I love how we hang out all the time so I only use stay when he's in bed and I just need to get something and will be back in a minute. I feel bad that he leaves his comfy warm bed just to watch me get a glass of water.
